The Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University, congratulates Mr. Rungrat Viratikul, a Ph.D. student in Electrical Engineering under the supervision of Asst. Prof. Dr. Panuwat Janpugdee, on receiving the Encouragement Award for his research presentation entitled “Active Pre-Equalizer for Broadband Optical Wireless Communication Integrated with RF Amplifier” at the 3rd Thailand-Japan Microwave Student Workshop, held on November 14, 2022.
The Thailand-Japan Microwave Student Workshop provides an academic forum for student researchers to present and exchange research findings in microwave, RF, wireless communication, and related electrical engineering fields. The award recognized the quality and academic merit of Mr. Viratikul’s research presentation, including its technical content, relevance to wireless communication engineering, and presentation clarity.
